From Minerva:  Take U.S. Route 30 east from route 30 for one half a mile and turn left onto Bayard Road.  Follow Bayard Road across railroad tracks and bear to the left up the hill, Church is on the left.

From State Route 9 you go west on U.S. Route 30 to Bayard road and turn right follow directions.
